Modinity Group is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist for our Jakarta office on a 6-month contract. You will review vendor invoices, ensure accuracy, schedule payments, and reconcile AP with vendor statements.

You will work with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion preferred; SAP/Odoo/Accurate also considered) and maintain accurate financial records in our accounting software. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of Indonesian taxes are required. The role is based in Pulogadung, East Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (S1) is required.
• Minimum 2 years in Accounts Payable, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of the full AP cycle, FA, accrual accounting, and PSAK basics.
• Proficient in Indonesian taxation: VAT (PPN), PPh 23, PPh 4(2), and Coretax.
• Hands-on experience with an ERP system; Oracle Fusion preferred; SAP/Odoo/Accurate also considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Brevet A/B certification is an advantage.
• Office located in Pulogadung, East Jakarta.
• Contract: 6-month contract.

• Reconciling accounts payable with vendor statements to ensure accurate postings and timely payments
• Recording financial data related to invoices and payments in accounting systems
• Monitoring and managing expenses related to accounts payable
• Assisting with other AP tasks as needed, such as preparing reports or responding to inquiries

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting
• Min 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in manufacturing or distribution
• Solid understanding of the full AP cycle, FA, accrual accounting, and PSAK basics
• Good working knowledge of Indonesian taxation: VAT (PPN), PPh 23, PPh 4(2), and Coretax
• Hands-on experience with an ERP system; Oracle Fusion experience is a strong plus (SAP, Odoo, or Accurate also considered)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables)
