Job summary

Time International is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to join our finance team in Jakarta. You will prepare and process AP invoices, review supporting documents, and ensure proper authorization and accuracy in a timely manner.

You’ll work with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, maintain AP records, and support internal and external audits, contributing to our commitment to excellence in luxury brand retail finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• Experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting is preferred.
• Experience using accounting systems/ERP and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process Accounts Payable (AP) invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review invoices and supporting documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper authorization before processing.
• Check and verify details of invoices and supporting documents against relevant records.
• Follow up with users regarding outstanding advance settlements and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate and organized AP records and supporting documents.
• Ensure proper and timely filing of AP-related documents in accordance with company procedures.
• Assist the team in preparing supporting documents for audits.
• Coordinate with users and internal teams to resolve invoice/document discrepancies.
• Support other Accounts Payable and accounting-related activities as required.
