Job summary

House of Om Bali is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to join our Finance team in Bali. You will manage the accounts payable process, verify invoices, and ensure timely payments while maintaining accurate records.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of AP experience, solid understanding of basic accounting principles, and proficiency with Excel/Sheets. ERP experience is a plus, and you will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to support monthly closings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar role.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and AP processes.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; ERP systems experience is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable process from invoices to payments.
• Verify invoices, POs, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Record and maintain AP transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare payment requests and coordinate schedules with the Finance team.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records of invoices and payments.
• Monitor outstanding payables and payment terms.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments about invoices and payments.
• Assist with monthly closing and other finance reports.
• Ensure AP transactions comply with policies and accounting standards.
