Job summary

Mustika Indah Permai is seeking an Accounts Payable and Cost Accounting professional to verify invoices, input data in SAP, and monitor aging reports for timely payments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting with 2+ years of AP and cost accounting experience, strong Excel and SAP skills, and excellent attention to detail in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• At least 2 years of AP and cost accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, 3-way matching, accruals, and month-end closing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP systems.
• Demonstrates attention to detail, good communication, coordination, problem-solving and time management.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta.

• Verify vendor invoices via 3-way match (Invoice, PO, GR/BAST) to ensure accuracy.
• Input invoices into SAP and monitor AP Aging Reports for timely payments.
• Coordinate with Procurement and operations to resolve PO/pricing discrepancies.
• Perform cost accruals and prepare month-end closing supporting documents.

Job description

• Verify vendor invoices through strict 3-way matching (Invoice, PO, GR/BAST) to ensure contract compliance and prevent duplicate payments.
• Input invoices into SAP and monitor AP Aging Reports to ensure timely payments and avoid penalties.
• Coordinate with Procurement and operational users to resolve any discrepancies in POs, pricing, or quantities.
• Perform cost accruals, record all liabilities, and prepare accurate supporting documents for month-end closing and audits.
• Monitor project-based costs and prepare monthly costing data to support financial forecasting.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Cost Accounting or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, 3-way matching, accruals, AP aging, reconciliation, and month-end closing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with SAP systems.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, with good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
