Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an Account Payable professional to manage end-to-end AP processes for third parties, suppliers, and inter-companies in Jakarta, with strong SAP experience and English proficiency. The role includes involvement in audits and maintaining accurate finance records.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or Finance, at least 3 years of AP experience, and advanced Excel skills. Domicile in Jakarta is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in accounting or finance.
• At least 3 years of experience as Accountant (AP).
• Experience in accounting firm or tax agent preferred.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Advanced Excel and MS Office; SAP experience preferred.
• Domicile in Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end AP processing for third parties, suppliers, employees, and inter-companies.
• Involve in finance audit processes (e.g., tax audits, internal and external audits).
• Prepare and monitor settlements of importation, cash advances, pre-payments and sponsorships.
• Manage finance records using Concur and SAP.
• Reconcile VAT and WHT on a monthly basis.
• Conduct trainings for new employees introducing the Finance System.
