Qualifications

• Fluent English required, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Coupa and SAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review and process complex vendor invoices accurately.
• Monitor and analyze accounts payable aging reports.
• Maintain rigorous documentation for audits and closings.
• Resolve invoice or payment discrepancies with vendors and internal partners.
• Design and implement automation/AI-driven initiatives for invoicing.
• Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
