Job summary

PT Flux Asia Solusindo is seeking an Account Executive to manage client relationships, understand objectives, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution. You will develop proposals, prepare pitching materials, and present ideas tailored to client needs.

Responsibilities include handling quotations, POs, invoices, and payments, plus monitoring budgets and identifying new business opportunities to grow client portfolios within the esports and digital marketing space.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as an Account Executive, preferably in esports or related agencies.
• Familiar with esports ecosystem, gaming communities, and esports media platforms.
• Experience in client handling, campaign coordination, pitching and proposal development.
• Familiar with billing processes, invoice prep, payment tracking and budget monitoring.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Manage and maintain relationships with clients, including understanding their needs, campaign objectives, and business requirements.

Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and campaign execution.

Develop proposals, prepare pitching materials, and present campaign ideas tailored to client needs.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign deliverables are completed according to the agreed timeline and client expectations.

Handle campaign administration, including preparing quotations, purchase orders, invoices, billing documentation, and payment follow-ups.

Monitor project budgets, billing status, and outstanding payments to ensure proper financial tracking for each client.

Identify new business opportunities and maintain long‑term client relationships to support business growth.

Stay updated on the esports industry, gaming communities, esports media, and relevant market trends to develop effective campaign strategies.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Account Executive, preferably in a creative agency, digital marketing agency, media, or esports industry.

Familiar with the esports ecosystem, gaming industry, esports media platforms, and gaming communities.

Experienced in client handling, campaign coordination, pitching, and proposal development.

Familiar with billing processes, invoice preparation, payment tracking, and basic budget monitoring.

Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Able to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Willing to work Full WFO in South Jakarta.
