Job summary

Graha Group is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for its Bali operations. You will supervise restaurant staff, coach and develop the team, and ensure high-quality service in a 5-star hospitality environment. You must be fluent in English and capable of upselling through menu knowledge.

You will manage outlet flow, monitor POS and inventory, and generate sales and guest reports, while addressing VIP and guest requests with professional care.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or F&B Service Management.
• Active English proficiency; additional foreign languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of buffet, à la carte and room service; understanding menu details, pairings, and upselling strategies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance, including assessing knowledge, skills, work quality and behavior.
• Provide coaching and development, deliver training, motivate, and address repeated mistakes with ongoing training.
• Empower team by reviewing performance and productivity.
• Respond quickly to guest requests with timely delivery service.
• Know menu details to upsell and cross-sell (drinks, sides, wines, desserts) to meet sales targets.
• Manage outlet and room service flow, monitor POS, cash, inventory, and prepare sales/guest reports.
• Handle guest complaints and VIPs per 5-star standards; use the VHP system for input, billing and daily reporting.
