Job summary

Global Expat Recruiting's client, a 5* international chain hotel in Bali, seeks an experienced hospitality professional for a senior operations role in a high-end restaurant environment. Indonesian nationals only; you will oversee F&B service standards and lead a multicultural team on the floor.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in similar positions, strong budget awareness, excellent English, and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel or free-standing restaurant.
• Strong experience in high end restaurant, fine dining concept.
• Strong Food & Beverage operational background.
• Passion for service excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Hands-on leader with strong floor presence.
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Experience leading and developing multicultural teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
