Svara by Mazari Villas in Bali is seeking an F&B Supervisor to lead daily restaurant, in-villa dining, bar and events, ensuring luxury service and guest satisfaction.

The role blends hands-on service leadership with beverage expertise, overseeing the team, managing quality and costs, and coordinating with the Kitchen and other departments to deliver an exceptional guest dining experience.

Formación

• Diploma or certificate in Hospitality, F&B Service or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in food and beverage operations.
• Experience in a hotel, resort, luxury villa or hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of F&B service standards and fine dining etiquette.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily F&B operations, including restaurant, in-villa dining, poolside service and events.
• Ensure service is delivered according to luxury brand standards, SOPs and guest expectations.
• Prepare outlets for service with mise-en-place and maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and keep the team informed of menus, VIP guests and dietary requirements.
• Oversee bar operations, setup, daily service and closing procedures.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including classic and signature cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, beers, coffee and tea.
• Support beverage menu development and seasonal offerings with F&B Manager and Management.
• Maintain quality, consistency and presentation of beverages and correct use of recipes and garnishes.
• Lead and schedule the F&B service team.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards across service and bar areas.
