Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related technical discipline.
• Based in Indonesia and eligible to work on a contract basis.
• 3–5 years of IT operations/NOC experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily NOC operations and monitoring workflows.
• Ensure SLAs, targets, and KPIs are met.
• Direct incident triage and rapid service restoration.
• Coordinate with regional teams and vendors to maintain uptime.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Oversee QA, reporting, and security/compliance adherence.
• Mentor engineers and junior staff.
• Maintain thorough logs and asset records.
