Job summary

PT Anugrah Karunia Perkasa Abadi is seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) professional to monitor network infrastructure around the clock, detect incidents, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate as needed. You will generate regular reports and contribute to SLA compliance.

The role requires shift readiness, attention to detail, and foundational network knowledge (TCP/IP, routing, switching) with familiarity in common monitoring tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMK/D3/S1 in Computer Engineering & Networks or related field.
• Minimum 1 year work experience in related field; fresh graduates with good understanding of network concepts are welcome.
• Experience in NOC, ISP, or data center is advantageous.
• Certifications such as CCNA, MikroTik Certified, CompTIA Network+ are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and status of all network infrastructure and company systems through dashboards and monitoring tools.
• Oversee alerts/alarms, service availability, connectivity, data traffic, and device conditions in real-time.
• Perform periodic system health checks and preventive monitoring to prevent complaints.
• Detect, diagnose, and handle first-level network and system incidents quickly according to procedures.
• Record, document, and track every incident in the ticket system from start to finish.
• Perform initial troubleshooting: verify connections, check routes, and attempt recovery per guidelines.
• Escalate complex incidents to advanced technical teams or vendors per procedures and SLA timeframes.
• Coordinate incident resolution with other technical teams, ISPs, and relevant parties.
• Create daily/weekly/monthly reports on network condition, incident count, uptime, and SLA compliance.
• Identify recurring issues and propose preventive steps to leadership.
