Job summary

Asiacruit is seeking an L1 NOC / IT Operations Engineer to support 24×7 onsite infrastructure operations. You will monitor systems, respond to alerts, perform basic troubleshooting, manage incidents in ITSM, and escalate to specialist teams as needed.

The role is suited for professionals with 1–3 years of experience in NOC/IT Operations or related fields, with knowledge of Linux, networking, monitoring tools, and ITSM processes. A shift-based onsite schedule is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in NOC/IT Operations or similar environments.
• Basic knowledge of Linux and networking.
• Experience with monitoring tools or infrastructure monitoring platforms.
• Experience with ITSM or ticketing systems.
• Comfortable following SOPs, runbooks and escalation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor infrastructure systems, services, and alerts.
• Respond to system alerts and perform first-level incident assessment.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and determine next actions.
• Validate alarms and identify potential issues.
• Create and maintain ITSM tickets with accurate information.
• Perform routine system and infrastructure health checks.
• Follow SOPs, runbooks, and escalation procedures.
• Escalate unresolved incidents to L2 or specialists.
• Maintain incident records and logs.
• Communicate incident status to technical teams.
• Support 24×7 on-site operations via shift-based schedule.
