• Familiarity with IT monitoring tools and NOC/command centre procedures.
• Ability to classify, log, and elevate incidents per severity matrix.
• Basic understanding of server, network, and database environments.
• Proficiency with ITSM ticketing systems.
• Strong discipline in shift handover and incident continuity procedures.

Responsibilities

• Round-the-clock monitoring of all IT systems: servers, network, databases, and applications.
• First-level incident detection, classification, and escalation per SLA severity matrix.
• Shift handover management: mandatory 30-minute overlap between consecutive shifts.
• Incident logging, tracking, and closure in the ITSM ticketing system.
• Daily operational reporting and monthly SLA/KPI reporting.
• Coordination with others on application-layer incidents.
