PT Lawencon Internasional seeks an Application Monitoring Support – Operator (Shifting) to monitor application availability and performance, use monitoring tools, and coordinate with technical teams to resolve incidents fromJakarta South. The role requires a D3 in IT/CS/IS and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset.

The successful candidate will handle incident reporting, SOP adherence, and continuous learning while rotating shifts including nights and weekends to ensure continuous service.

Competenze

• Diploma III (D3) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong initiative and motivation to learn and develop professionally.
• Ability to use web-based and mobile applications effectively.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying issues.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow SOPs, report incidents accurately, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate with technical support personnel.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Monitor application availability, performance, and status to ensure smooth operation.
• Perform routine monitoring through designated tools, web and mobile apps.
• Identify and report errors, disruptions, abnormalities, and issues.
• Perform initial analysis and escalate incidents to the proper team.
• Record, document, and report incidents and monitoring results.
• Follow SOPs and monitoring guidelines for consistent support.
• Coordinate with support teams to resolve incidents and restore services.
• Provide shift handovers and accurate updates on incidents and monitoring.
• Communicate status to stakeholders and participate in ongoing learning.
