PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk in Jakarta monitors IT systems around the clock, detects and escalates incidents per SLA, and ensures continuity through structured shift handovers. You will log and track incidents in the ITSM system, producing daily operations and monthly SLA/KPI reports while coordinating with DB, network, server, and development teams.

The role requires a technical background (S1 in IT or equivalent) and hands-on familiarity with IT monitoring tools and ITSM platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: S1 Teknologi Informasi, or equivalent.
• Familiar with IT monitoring tools and NOC procedures.
• Ability to classify, log, and escalate incidents per severity matrix.
• Proficient with ITSM ticketing systems.
• Strong discipline in shift handover and incident continuity.

Responsabilités

• Round-the-clock monitoring of IT systems: servers, network, databases, and applications.
• First-level incident detection, classification, and escalation per SLA severity matrix.
• Shift handover management: mandatory 30-minute overlap between consecutive shifts.
• Incident logging, tracking, and closure in the ITSM ticketing system.
• Daily operational reporting and monthly SLA/KPI reporting.
• Coordination with Database, Network, Server, Developer, etc. on application-layer incidents.
