Job summary

PT Indocyber Global Teknologi is seeking an IT Operations & Monitoring specialist to join our banking sector team in Jakarta. You will perform system and service monitoring, handle L1 incident response, and perform basic troubleshooting to maintain SLA adherence.

The role requires 1 year of IT operations or helpdesk experience, knowledge of Windows/Linux, networking basics, and familiarity with ticketing and monitoring tools. Shift readiness is needed to support 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, system engineering, or related field is required.
Minimum 1 year of professional IT Operations, L1 support, helpdesk, or system monitoring experience.
Fundamental understanding of Windows Server and Linux/Unix operating systems.
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewalls).
Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, Zendesk).
Exposure to monitoring/alert tools (Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana, Datadog, PRTG).
Willingness to work in shifts (night/rotational) if required.

Responsibilities

Placement: Banking Company
System & Service Monitoring: continuous monitoring of servers, networks, cloud infra, and core apps using enterprise tools.
First-Line Incident Response: triage, log, and process L1 tickets and alerts per SLAs.
Basic Troubleshooting: diagnose and resolve hardware, OS, network, and app issues.
Incident Escalation: escalate complex incidents to L2/L3 with initial findings.
SOPs: execute routine tasks, backups, health checks, patching, and restarts per runbooks.
Documentation & Reporting: maintain incident records and contribute to knowledge base.
