Job summary

PT-Lawencon-Internasiona in South Jakarta is seeking an Application Monitoring Support - Operator (Shifting) to monitor availability and performance of enterprise applications using monitoring tools and web/mobile apps.

The role involves incident escalation, clear reporting, SOP adherence, and coordinating with IT teams, with a 24/7 rotating shift to ensure uninterrupted service. Entry-level to mid-level with a Diploma III in IT/CS is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Diploma III in IT/CS or related field.
• Strong initiative and motivation to learn and develop professionally.
• Ability to use web-based and mobile applications effectively.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills for application issues.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow SOPs, report incidents accurately, and escalate appropriately.
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate with technical support personnel.
• Willingness to work 24/7 rotating shift including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application availability, performance, and operational status.
• Perform routine monitoring through designated tools, web and mobile apps.
• Identify and report application errors, service disruptions, and issues.
• Perform initial analysis and escalate incidents to the proper team.
• Record, document, and report incidents and monitoring results.
• Follow SOPs and monitoring guidelines for consistent support.
• Coordinate with support and technical teams to resolve incidents.
• Perform shift handovers and provide accurate updates on incidents.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding status.
• Participate in ongoing learning to improve monitoring skills.
