Qualifications

• At least 4 years of working experience in IT with solid VIP support experience.
• Good communication skills in Cantonese, English, Mandarin.
• Solid experience in deskside support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for all VIP users.
• Resolve incidents reported by VIP staff.
• Fulfill IT service requests from VIP staff.
• Support meetings requested by VIP staff.
• Provide support at requested locations.
