Job summary

A leading IT consulting firm in Hong Kong is seeking a VIP Deskside Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support for VIP users. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in IT and at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in VIP support. Strong knowledge of desktop environments, networking, and mobile device support is essential. Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin are required for this role. The position offers a salary range of 25-30K, annual leave, and a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience, preferably with VIP support.
• Solid knowledge in networking and general PC applications.
• Holder of MCSE or IT professional certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for VIP users.
• Resolve hardware & software issues including M365, Windows, and Apple OS.
• Support users with network connectivity issues.
