Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is recruiting for an on-site VIP IT support role in Hong Kong. You will deliver desktops, printers, phones and conferencing support to VIP users in line with SLAs, and work with approved suppliers on solutions and preventive measures.

You will maintain documentation, handle escalations, and lead hardware maintenance with vendors under ITIL-guided practices. A 5+ year IT support background and leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Education: F.5/DSE or above; university degree preferred.
• ITIL 4 Foundation Certification required.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua; Mandarin proficiency is essential.
• Minimum 5 years IT support experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site desktop support for VIP users per SLAs.
• Provide deskside support for PCs, printers, phones, software and video conf.
• Collaborate with suppliers to establish support agreements and advise on solutions.
• Recommend and implement preventive measures to reduce issues.
• Restore desktop services using standard client system images.
• For non-standard images, provide hardware support and escalate others.
• Maintain technical docs: software versions, upgrades, incidents, root causes.
• Offer timely, professional support to VIP users for fast resolution.
• Manage and close service requests from Level 1 Helpdesk.
• Oversee hardware maintenance and vendor coordination, including warranties.
