SEKO Logistics seeks a Route Development Manager – Transpacific in Hong Kong to drive market share expansion across the APAC-USA lane. You will bridge APAC regional teams with the US network, lead structured sales campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize capacity, pricing, and coverage.

The role requires 5–10 years in freight forwarding, fluency in English and Mandarin, and willingness to travel frequently (30–50%).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of hands-on sales and trade lane development experience within freight forwarding/logistics.
• Proven track record in Air & Ocean Transpacific trade lanes.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (bilingual).
• Strong cross-cultural fluency across US and APAC environments.
• Proactive, sales-driven mindset with a client-centric approach.
• Willingness to travel frequently to the US (30–50%).
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute frequent sales campaigns across the US network (owned stations & partners).
• Act as the APAC Commercial Champion in the US—partnering with US sales teams to grow Transpacific business.
• Participate in joint customer meetings to present APAC capabilities.
