TUMI is seeking a logistics professional in Hong Kong to coordinate regional replenishment, manage shipments with forwarders and warehouses, and ensure timely delivery to markets. You will prepare shipping documents, resolve customs inquiries, and support store openings and sales events.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in logistics, strong communication in English and Mandarin, and proficiency in MS Office with SAP knowledge as a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics operation, preferably from a retail setting.
• Fresh graduates with relevant academic backgrounds are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Strong responsibility, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic SAP knowledge would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with regional planning and logistics teams for monthly replenishment and new shipments.
• Manage shipments with forwarders, brokers and warehouses to ensure timely cargo handling.
• Prepare shipping documents and resolve customs enquiries, ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee replenishment to retail stores and support store openings, renovations, or sales events.
• Supervise 3PL warehouse operations and ensure SOP adherence.
• Maintain 3PL stock accuracy and coordinate inventory cycle counts.
