HSBC Holdings plc in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Vice President, Credit Solutions to lead venture and growth debt origination, structuring and underwriting for HSBC Innovation Banking clients across Greater China. You will drive deal negotiations and end-to-end risk approval through to close.

You will build relationships with founders and institutional investors, monitor portfolio performance, and collaborate with HSBC teams to deliver holistic client solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in venture lending, leveraged finance, investment banking, venture capital/private equity, in-house corporate development, or similar roles.

Responsabilités

• Lead origination, structuring and underwriting of venture and growth debt transactions for HSBC Innovation Banking clients across Greater China, overseeing term negotiations and end-to-end risk approval through to close.
• Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with founders and institutional investors across the regional ecosystem, turning insights into action to shape origination and portfolio strategy.
• Own ongoing portfolio performance for completed transactions, monitoring post-close performance and remediation of covenant/policy breaches.
• Collaborate with HSBC Innovation Banking, other CIB teams, Private Bank and Asset Management to deliver holistic client solutions.
• Provide oversight and guidance to junior team members, supporting skills development and career progression.
