Deutsche Bank AG in Hong Kong seeks a Vice President for Private Bank Structured Lending, North Asia. You will collaborate with Lending Management, Sales Coverage and the Investment Solution Team to shape and execute lending strategies across the APAC region.

In this client-facing role, you will originate and structure tailored financing solutions for Ultra High Net Worth clients and Family Offices, focusing on complex assets, risk management and compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in private banking, investment banking or financing groups.
• Strong understanding of credit processes, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Solid financial analysis capabilities with corporate focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and cultures.
• Independent, analytical decision-maker who mentors others.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Willingness to model leadership and set example for junior teammates.

Responsibilities

• Work with Lending Management, Sales Coverage, Business Risk Management and Investment Solution Team to implement lending strategy for APAC.
• Originate, structure and execute tailored financing solutions for UHNW clients and family offices.
• Focus on complex financing against less liquid assets with risk-mitigating structures.
• Promote Lending as a product and lead business development efforts.
• Participate in client meetings and coordinate with lawyers and clients on documentation.
• Contribute to new business initiatives and product development to enhance credit platform.
• Shape credit-related processes, policies and platform enhancements.
• Partner with Sales Coverage to originate and negotiate transactions meeting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with underwriting standards, NPA/NTA, controls and regulatory requirements.
