Hang Seng Bank Limited is seeking a high-caliber SVP, Corporate Banking to deepen key client relationships and drive income growth. You will negotiate complex credit facilities, prepare proposals, and monitor risk while expanding the bank’s market presence.

Strong leadership, strategic thinking and a bilingual (English/Chinese) capability are essential to succeed. The role demands proficient credit assessment, documentation, and liaison with regulators as part of a dynamic, client-centric team

Formación

• University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance or related discipline.
• Proven experience in credit and customer relationship management in banking sector.
• HKSI securities license and IIQE qualifications are strongly desired.

Responsabilidades

• Deepen client relationships and improve income generation through focused business development.
• Negotiate and structure credit facilities and prepare credit proposals to meet clients' needs.
• Improve loan portfolio quality through credit assessment and ongoing risk monitoring.
• Expand the bank’s market share by attracting new clients in the corporate segment.
• Prepare facilities documentation in line with approvals and market standards.
• Manage operational risks and coordinate sales of non-lending banking products.
• Lead change and strategic transformation in a fast-paced banking environment.
