Job summary

Mondrian Hong Kong is seeking a guest-focused restaurant teammate to assist in daily operations and guest service. You will help manage shifts, assist opening and closing routines, and ensure smooth dining room flow in a luxury setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of Western restaurant experience, strong English and Cantonese communication, and good interpersonal skills. We offer a 5-day week, medical and life insurance, staff meals, and a discretionary bonus in a premium F&B

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Western restaurants.
• Proficient in English and Cantonese; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as part of the role.
