Job summary

Mondrian Hong Kong is seeking a hands-on hospitality professional to support the restaurant operations. The role requires experience in Western dining settings, with responsibility for opening and closing shifts, workflow management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Western restaurants.
• Experience in managing daily restaurant shifts is preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO22000 and health & safety regulations.
