La Petite Maison in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced restaurant supervisor to oversee daily shifts, ensure smooth service, and assist in daily operations. The role requires familiarity with ISO22000 and health & safety standards, and experience in Western restaurants.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of related work experience, with a 5‑day work week and benefits including medical & life insurance and discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in related positions.
• Experience in Western restaurants preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO22000 and health & safety standards.
• Ability to oversee daily shifts and daily operations.
