Job summary

The Silveri Hong Kong – MGallery is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead the beverage team at our Tung Chung property. You will ensure outstanding service, manage bar operations and maintain hygiene to hotel standards.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of supervisory bar experience, a passion for wines, spirits, and cocktails, and excellent English communication. Cantonese is a plus. This full-time role offers a competitive monthly salary in HKD.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in Bar/Beverage.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English; Cantonese a plus but not required.
