Millennium Hotels in Hong Kong seeks a restaurant staff member to assist in daily operations and beverage service. The role requires fluency in English and Cantonese and experience in Western dining environments.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of relevant Western-restaurant experience and be available for a 5-day work week. Medical, life insurance, staff meals and a discretionary bonus are provided as part of the package.
