Job summary

Wooloomooloo Group Limited in Hong Kong invites motivated service professionals fluent in Cantonese and English to join our dynamic team as a Supervisor. You will work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth restaurant operation and support management in all service, budgeting and development activities.

We value leadership, strong guest relations, and the ability to perform under pressure.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in food and beverage industry
• Strong leadership, problem solving and decision making skills
• Self-motivated, independent and able to perform multitasks under pressure
• Able to communicate in English

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager in food & bar service, guest relations, staff supervision, budgeting, sales projections and development.
• Follow training schedules to ensure performance objectives are met.

We are now looking for Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong.

Job responsibilities:

• Work closely with the kitchen and the front of house staff to ensure a smoother restaurant operation.
• Fully support and assist the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager in all food & bar service, guest relations, staff supervision, budgeting, sales projections and development.
• Follow training schedules to ensure performance objectives are met.
• Provide leadership and team building for all personnel in the restaurant.

Requirements:

• 4-5 year of experience in food and beverage industry preferable
• Strong leadership, problem solving and decision making skills
• Self-motivated, independent and able to perform multitasks under pressure
• Able to communicate in English
