Senses Studio Limited is seeking a Studio Community Manager in Hong Kong to lead day-to-day studio operations across multiple locations. You will own front-of-house standards, scheduling, and staff coordination while nurturing a vibrant community of members and teachers.

We are hiring Studio Community Managers to lead the day-to-day operations at our Senses studios while nurturing the community that makes Senses feel like home. We are hiring across all 5 studios, with our Central studio as the most urgent priority.
This is primarily an operations role - owning studio performance, front-of-house standards, and teacher/staff coordination - with a meaningful community layer: making sure every member, teacher, and walk-in feels seen, supported, and part of something bigger.
You will be key person our members recognise at the front desk, and the person we trust to keep the studio running beautifully.
Studio Operations (primary focus):
Own daily operations of your assigned studio - opening/closing standards, cleanliness, retail displays, equipment upkeep, and front-of-house experience
Own class scheduling, teacher rostering, and substitute coordination in partnership with the central operations team
Manage studio-level KPIs: attendance, utilisation, retention, NPS, and member feedback
Manage vendors, maintenance, and facilities issues for your studio, coordinating with HQ where needed
Escalate and resolve member complaints, incidents, and low-rating reviews
Build genuine relationships with members - know their names, goals, and journeys
Run a lightweight community calendar: member socials, workshops, teacher features, seasonal moments
Support marketing on studio-based campaigns, launches, and collabs (execution side)
Champion the Senses culture with teachers and staff - celebrate wins, gather feedback, keep morale high
Represent Senses at community events, partnerships, and brand touchpoints when needed
Line-manage the front-of-house team at your studio
Work directly with the corporate office and marketing on studio-level performance and initiatives
Contribute to SOPs, onboarding materials, and the operating playbook shared across all 5 studios
2+ years of operations experience in studio, hospitality, retail, or wellness settings
Some experience managing or coordinating people, teachers, or front-of-house staff
Multi-site or multi-team exposure a plus
Fluent in Cantonese and English (written and spoken)
Background in wellness, fitness, or boutique studio environments - you understand teachers, class dynamics, and member behaviour
Strong operator: organised, calm under pressure, comfortable owning numbers and rosters
Warm, high-EQ presence with members and staff
Personal practice in yoga, Pilates, or another movement discipline
Experience with community-building, events, or partnerships
Exposure to physiotherapy or clinical wellness settings
Existing network in the HK wellness or hospitality scene
A key role at a fast-growing HK wellness brand with clear expansion plans
