Silo Able Building Limited in Hong Kong is launching a new wellness club, a calm space for guests to unplug and reconnect. We seek a hands-on Club Manager to lead the opening and daily operations, building a team and delivering premium guest experiences across movement studios, lounge, cafe, event space and therapy floors.
You will own the service standards, rostering, training, and P&L performance, while collaborating with instructors, suppliers and internal teams.
We are opening a new wellness club in Hong Kong, created as a calm space for people to unplug from daily life and return to themselves. The club will bring together movement, music, recovery, contrast therapy, mindful breathing, community events, and healthy beverages under one roof. We are looking for a hands‑on and service‑mindful Club Manager to help lead the club from opening stage into daily operation. This role is ideal for someone from hospitality, hotels, private clubs, wellness, fitness, spa, lifestyle, or premium service environments who enjoys building teams, creating smooth guest experiences, and taking ownership of business growth and profit‑and‑loss performance.
Key responsibilities
Support the opening and daily running of a new wellness club in Hong Kong.
Oversee daily operations across the movement studio, hi‑fi lounge, café area, event space, and contrast therapy floor.
Lead, coach, and support a small club team covering front‑line service, cleaning of spaces, barista duties, and part‑time helper support.
Stay hands‑on in daily service when needed, while overseeing that each service is carried out smoothly, consistently, and to the right standard.
Welcome members and guests, handle enquiries, and resolve feedback in a timely and professional way.
Work closely with instructors, practitioners, café partners, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain high standards in cleanliness, hygiene, safety, presentation, and service flow across all club areas.
Set, communicate, and uphold clear house rules so members, guests, instructors, and team members can enjoy the club safely, respectfully, and comfortably.
Plan staff rosters, guide team performance, support training, assign daily duties, and help build a positive team culture.
Take responsibility for the club's profit‑and‑loss performance, including revenue growth, expenses, margins, and practical business improvement plans.
About you
Experience in hospitality, hotel operations, private clubs, wellness centres, fitness studios, spas, lifestyle spaces, or other premium customer service environments.
Previous experience leading a small team in daily operations, including coaching, rostering, training, assigning duties, and supervising service standards.
Commercial mindset with experience managing budgets, sales targets, costs, or profit‑and‑loss performance.
Strong service mindset with confidence in handling members, guests, instructors, partners, and service providers.
Strong awareness of hygiene, safety, and guest etiquette, with the confidence to guide both team members and guests on house rules when needed.
Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay calm when handling busy operations.
Organised, hands‑on, and able to manage several tasks at the same time.
Comfortable working shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required.
Good command of English and Cantonese; Mandarin will be an advantage.
