Job summary

Mandarin Oriental, The Landmark Hong Kong is seeking a Spa Membership Manager to lead membership sales, retention, and programme development within Spa & Wellness. Based at the Hong Kong property, you will drive corporate and individual memberships and oversee client engagement strategies.

You will coordinate wellness programmes, manage partnerships, and contribute to marketing initiatives while supporting budget goals and daily operations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Spa & Wellness / Fitness / Membership Operations.
• Proven track record in driving memberships sales and managing renewals.
• Strong communication and guest relations skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Business/Sports Science/Wellness preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of memberships + Pilates/Yoga/fitness & spa programmes (annual corporate/indiv).
• Maintain membership records; manage applications, renewals, and timely follow-ups.
• Provide member guest relations; run recognition/engagement programmes.
• Track competitors and benchmark market trends.
• Support recruitment and scheduling of wellness practitioners/classes.
• Act as MOD when needed; help in daily operations.
• Train team on membership offerings and new wellness initiatives.
• Maintain compliance records (FLHSSE/LQE) and organize membership files.
• Be proficient in SpaSoft/Alice/HMS for reporting and daily use.
• Coordinate bookings, itineraries, and corporate group wellness enquiries.
• Plan and execute corporate wellness events; create internal wellness EDMs/materials.
• Support financial targets, budgeting, and month-end P&L reporting.
• Assist marketing/PR and promote the spa & wellness brand internally and externally.

About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, The Landmark Hong Kong within Spa & Wellness in Hong Kong, the Spa Membership Manager is responsible for membership sales, retention, and administration, as well as the development and execution of wellness programmes, corporate partnerships, and marketing initiatives. The role provides operational support across Spa & Wellness functions, leads member engagement activities, supports business performance and financial objectives, and ensures exceptional service standards that enhance guest satisfaction, brand awareness, and commercial success. The Spa Membership Manager reports to the Cluster Director of Spa & Wellness.

As Spa Membership Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

As Spa Membership Manager , we expect from you:

• At least 5-8 years experience in Spa & Wellness / Fitness / Membership Operations (or related hospitality wellness roles)
• Proven track record in driving memberships sales (annual corporate/individual) and managing renewals.
• Strong communication skills and guest relations; ability to handle inquiries professionally.
• Demonstrated ability to train and support team members on membership products and wellness initiatives.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Hospitality/Business/Sports Science/Wellness) preferred or required (adjust as needed).
