Job summary

You will work closely with the COO to translate XYZ's vision into daily operations, lead the Front of House team, and ensure the Central studio runs smoothly and with intention. This role is about creating structure, consistency, and a high standard across the studio.

Every detail matters, from how the space looks to how each part of the day flows. The right person enjoys building systems, supporting people, and taking ownership of both client experience and business performance.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years' experience in studio, hospitality, wellness, retail, or similar operations.
• Ability to build and maintain SOPs and operational rigor.
• Strong leadership with the ability to own outcomes and drive performance.
• Comfortable balancing people leadership, operational detail, and client experience.

Responsibilities

• Own daily studio flow, scheduling, staffing coverage, and opening/closing procedures.
• Evolve, document, and maintain SOPs and systems for how the studio operates.
• Oversee inventory, retail, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and impeccably presented studio environment at all times.
• Oversee facilities and equipment upkeep, including lighting, microphones, cycling shoes, bikes, and other studio equipment.
• Coordinate contractors, repairs, preventative maintenance, building management, and external service providers.
• Take ownership of operational issues as they arise and ensure they are followed through to resolution.
• Deliver a consistent, professional, and high-quality experience for every XYZ client.
• Lead and manage the Front of House team, including scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day performance.
• Drive Front of House sales performance, including membership sales, lead follow-up, conversion, and retention.

As XYZ prepares for future growth, this role is designed to develop into broader General Manager responsibility, making it well suited to an operator who wants to grow alongside the business and play a meaningful role in how XYZ evolves as it expands to a second location.

About you

• 2–3+ years' experience in studio, hospitality, wellness, retail, or similar operations, ideally somewhere with strong SOPs and operational rigor
• Walk into a space and immediately notice what's off and fix it without needing to be asked
• Steady, calm, and unshakeable, even when things get busy
• Think like an operator and are excited by building, improving, and having a real impact on how XYZ runs
• Comfortable taking ownership of outcomes and following issues through from identification to resolution
• Can balance people leadership, operational detail, client experience, and commercial performance
• Want to help shape the next stage of an established brand and have a meaningful voice in how its operations evolve
