Job summary

Cathaybk in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Banking Professional to expand and manage relationships with Financial Institution clients. You will identify client needs and offer a broad range of financing, cross-asset derivatives, money market products, and debt capital markets solutions to strengthen profitability.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cross-selling and cross-border opportunities, assess counterparty risks, and design appropriate risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Banking/Finance or related discipline.
• Over 5 years of banking experience, including 3 years as RM.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing Financial Institution clients.
• Identify needs and deliver diversified financial solutions to enhance profitability.
• Drive cross-selling and cross-border opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• Identify credit risks and design risk mitigation for FI transactions.
• Develop new FI client relationships including banks and non-bank entities.
• Engage with Banks, Securities, Asset Management, Sovereign Funds, and other clients.
