ROHLIG FRANCE S.A.S in Hong Kong is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in Greater China. You will acquire new customers, nurture existing accounts, and identify qualified leads through proactive outreach, while aligning service offerings across departments to maximize revenue.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of freight forwarding/logistics sales experience, strong product knowledge in import/export ocean and air freight, and proficiency in English with Mandarin.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in freight forwarding/logistics.
• Proven ability to develop qualified leads and close deals.
• Strong product knowledge in import/export ocean and air freight; 3PL services are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Acquire new customers and grow relationships with existing accounts.
• Identify and develop qualified leads through outbound outreach and cold calling.
• Visit clients to assess service levels and uncover revenue opportunities.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets and drive SOPs across departments.
• Prepare quotations and visit reports, update CRM, and follow management directions.
