Endeavour Search Limited is seeking a high-caliber sales professional to join the Hong Kong Sales Team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will drive business expansion by securing new air and sea freight accounts while strengthening relationships with key clients to maximize revenue and market share.

You will prospect, generate leads, and manage accounts, delivering competitive quotations and coordinating joint sales calls with overseas stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Prospect and hunt for new business opportunities with a persistent, results-driven approach.
• Lead generation: conduct strategic cold calling and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
• Account management: grow existing accounts and nurture client relationships.
• Client engagement: conduct regular visits, deliver quotations, and coordinate joint sales calls with overseas stakeholders.
• Strategic insight: monitor market trends and competitive activity to refine business strategies.
• Reporting and administration: prepare sales reports, proposals and presentations; maintain CRM records.
