Qualifikationen

• Proven sales experience in NVOCC or Freight Forwarding preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Canvas and secure new accounts to expand the customer base across local and international markets.
• Promote import and export freight forwarding services offered.
• Manage and develop existing customer accounts to increase trade volume and drive revenue growth.
• Conduct regular customer visits in alignment with weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure customer profiles are meticulously maintained and updated for effective outreach.
• Monitor and follow up on customer service outbound calls weekly to maximize business lead conversion.
• Prepare monthly sales plans, manage volume fluctuations, and develop strategies to recover lost accounts.
• Conduct market research to build market intelligence databases and optimize pricing structures.
• Prepare custom quotations, manage sales campaigns, and guide customer service assistants with target lead details.
• Review, prepare, and present monthly sales performance reports during management meetings.

Kenntnisse

Sales experience in freight forwarding

English and Cantonese fluency

Mandarin as a plus

Self-motivation and strategic planning

Proficient in office software
