Job summary

Bank in Hong Kong is seeking a Customer Analytics & Data Science Manager to lead analytics initiatives for Personal Banking and Wealth Management. The role focuses on segmentation, predictive modeling, and advanced analytics to drive customer insight and business impact.

You will develop models, deliver MIS reporting, and collaborate with business units to optimize marketing campaigns and portfolio strategy. Strong English and Chinese communication skills are essential, with Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree or above with major in quantitative, numerical science or related discipline.
• 3+ years' experience relating to data analytics.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services or FinTech industry preferred.
• Excellent English and Chinese, Mandarin a definite advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer segmentation and profile analysis using statistical modeling, data mining, AI & ML to inform segment strategy and opportunities.
• Develop and enhance propensity/predictive models to support CRM strategies for acquisition, upgrade and retention.
• Compile MIS reports and analyze customer, product and channel data to identify insights and inform portfolio and product strategy.
• Assist campaigns by applying predictive models and segmentation insights to improve campaign performance and ROI.
• Develop and enhance MIS report automation to improve campaign efficiency.
