Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a Senior Customer Analytics & Data Science Manager to drive AI-driven solutions for personal banking. You will lead cross-functional workstreams, develop advanced models, and ensure regulatory alignment while seeking new business opportunities powered by AI advancements.

The role requires a strong background in analytics and ML, managerial experience, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

Degree or above in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
4 years' analytics, modelling and ML/AI experience with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
Banking/FS/FinTech experience preferred.
Experience with embedding techniques, RAG, prompts and LLM fine-tuning.
Knowledge of AI risk and governance is a plus.
Strong business sense and understanding of personal banking; English and Chinese proficient; Mandarin advantageous.

Responsibilities

Explore and create strategic AI solutions and actionable recommendations for personal banking using AI tech.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Develop and refine AI models to meet objectives and regulatory requirements.
Identify and evaluate AI vendors and manage timelines and deliverables.
Identify new business opportunities and targeting strategies powered by AI trends.
