Job summary

Hong Kong Bank is seeking a Senior Officer to join the Strategic Planning & Customer Behavior Analysis Department in Hong Kong. The role focuses on customer behavioural analysis, channel analysis, and development of propensity models for cross-selling and retention, as well as marketing campaigns and business reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a university degree in data science, statistics or related disciplines, with at least 2 years of analytics experience in retail banking and proficiency

Qualifications

• University graduate in data science, statistics or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years experience in analytics for retail banking.
• Experience in campaign management and MIS reports.
• Experience in digital channel analysis preferable, including social media data.
• Strong written and spoken Chinese and English communication skills.
• Knowledge of SAS, R and Python preferable.

Responsibilities

• Support retail banking business units with analytics tasks.
• Identify business opportunities through in-depth analyses to improve targeting and customer experience across channels.
• Collaborate with business and channel teams on campaign design and evaluation.
• Compile MIS business tracking reports.
