Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Senior Customer Analytics & Data Science Manager to lead data-driven marketing execution and customer contact strategies. You will collaborate with business units to identify data and digital innovations driving digital sales through effective targeting and behavior analysis.

The role involves applying predictive models, customer segmentation, and monitoring campaign performance to improve end-to-end customer journeys, with a focus on delivering

Qualifications

Degree or above in business, quantitative, numerical science or related discipline.
4-10 years of data analytics and digital sales experience, with managerial exposure.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with analytics tools is a plus.
Experience with AI decisioning or CRM platforms like Pega or Salesforce is a plus.
