Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) invites an experienced Senior Customer Analytics & Data Science Manager to lead data-driven marketing strategies, customer segmentation, and performance measurement across digital channels. You will partner with business units to identify opportunities, apply predictive models and CRM insights, and drive campaign effectiveness.

Proficiency in SAS, SQL, Python, Tableau, GA4/Adobe Analytics, and experience with Pega or Salesforce are required, with 4–10 years in data

Qualifications

• Degree or above in business, quantitative, numerical science or related discipline.
• 4–10 years' experience in data analytics and digital sales, at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAS, SQL, Python or similar languages.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics).
• Experience with CRM platforms like Pega or Salesforce is a plus.

• Develop and manage data and behavior‑driven targeted marketing execution and customer contact strategies
• Work closely with business units to identify opportunities and data/ digital innovations in driving digital sales through effective targeting and analyzing customer behavior
• Assist business units in applying data science insights such as predictive model and customer segmentation in marketing campaign to drive business performance
• Monitor digital business performance and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign efficiency and end-to-end customer journey
• Develop performance report and presentation to evaluate campaign effectiveness and facilitate management decisions
• Lead the digital sales team to coordinate, drive, and monitor the implementation of data marketing strategies

Requirements:

• Degree or above with major in business, quantitative, numerical science or related discipline


• 4-10 years' experience relating to data analytics and digital sales, at least 2 years of which at managerial level for senior position


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Powerpoint


• Proficiency in SAS, SQL, Python or similar analytically oriented programming languages is a plus


• Strong analytic skills, sensitive to numbers including website and performance analysis. Familiar with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics


• Experience in AI Decisioning or CRM platform, such as Pega, Salesforce is a plus


• Knowledge in building dashboard like Tableau, SAS VA or any equivalent tools would be an advantage


• Experience in Banking, Financial Services or FinTech industry preferred


• A mature self-starter with strong drive, motivation, committed with good business sense and strong understanding of the personal banking market


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin would be a definite advantage
