Job summary

You will identify opportunities, manage a growing portfolio, and tailor financial solutions while collaborating with product specialists to deliver a comprehensive suite of services.

Fluency in Chinese and English is required; Putonghua is a must.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a corporate banking or relationship management role.
• Proven track record in business development and ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills with senior-level stakeholders.
• Fluency in Chinese and English; Putonghua is a must.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with target corporate clients.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of corporate banking clients, providing tailored financial solutions to meet their needs.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the clients' businesses, industries and evolving financial requirements.
• Provide high-quality customer service and act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Collaborate closely with the bank's product specialists to deliver a comprehensive suite of banking services.
• Contribute to the development of the bank's corporate banking strategy and participate in key client meetings.
• Identify and escalate any key risks or issues that may impact the bank's relationship with its clients.
