Hong Kong Job Consulting in Hong Kong invites applications for a Relationship Manager role within Retail Banking. The incumbent will cultivate and grow relationships with mainland customers, service accounts, and promote a range of retail banking products.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of direct banking sales experience, solid wealth management knowledge, and strong Mandarin, Cantonese, and English language skills.

Formación

• Mandarin proficiency is a MUST; strong command of Cantonese and English is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years direct sales experience in banking.
• Good knowledge of wealth management products, both investment and insurance.
• Good understanding of branch services and operations.
• Customer oriented with strong language skills and service mindset, ability to capture customer financial needs and make referrals where appropriate.
• Licensing examinations with competency to carry out regulated activities as defined by the regulator.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire, maintain and develop sustainable relationships with mainland customers through account servicing and focus on retail banking products.
• Provide dedicated support to offshore and mainland customers by identifying their financial and other banking needs, then referring to Branch RM.
• Provide personalized account services to promote bank's brand, handle customer account opening matters and coordinate with other relevant departments for completing account opening procedures.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure that customer instructions are executed accurately and in a timely manner.
