The Hong Kong Jockey Club is seeking a Sponsorship Sales professional to drive non-wagering revenue across its major assets. Based in Hong Kong, you will lead end-to-end partnership sales, from prospecting and proposals to negotiation and deal closure.

You will identify new sponsorship opportunities across Hong Kong SAR, Greater China, and international markets, building high-value brand partnerships aligned with the Club’s commercial strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of sponsorship sales, partnerships, or B2B roles.
• Proven sponsorship sales track record in European sports/entertainment/media.
• Deep understanding of Asia sports marketing landscape and brand decision‑making processes.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to develop proposals and manage client accounts.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised, execution‑focused and able to manage multiple projects.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Less experienced candidates may be considered at Assistant Manager level.

Responsabilités

• Delivering sponsorship and commercial sales strategies to drive non-wagering revenue across the Club’s major assets.
• Driving end-to-end partnership sales from prospecting, pitching, and proposal development through to negotiation and deal closure.
• Identifying and securing new sponsorship opportunities across Hong Kong SAR, Greater China, and international markets.
• Building high-value brand partnerships aligned with the Club’s commercial strategy.
• Shaping marketing solutions with internal stakeholders to meet sponsors’ objectives.
• Managing pipeline development, deal execution, and ongoing relationship management post-handover.
