Job summary

The Hong Kong Jockey Club seeks a strategic planner to drive Racing Membership Growth and Development. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives that strengthen the racing-centric value proposition for members and owners.

Responsibilities include campaign rollout, event planning, stakeholder engagement, and market insights to guide strategy. A university degree and 4+ years in business planning or marketing are expected, with English and Chinese fluency required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in stakeholders’ communications and senior management engagement.
• Ability to deliver engagement campaigns across digital and event-based touchpoints.
• Fluency in English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning for Racing Membership Growth and Development.
• Coordinate campaign and initiative rollout with cross-functional teams.
• Plan and execute member-facing events including racing, equestrian and lifestyle activities.
• Provide market and competitive intelligence to inform strategy.
• Handle administrative tasks and project documentation for initiatives.
