Job summary

The Hong Kong Jockey Club is seeking an experienced marketing and CRM leader to own owner retention and engagement initiatives in Hong Kong. You will design lifecycle-driven campaigns, manage partnerships, and oversee high-profile owner events within a luxury, customer-centric framework.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications or Hospitality.
• Minimum 10 years in Marketing & Communications, loyalty & CRM, VIP client servicing.
• Proven experience in event management and loyalty programs.
• Strong negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Customer-centric, detail-oriented, strong problem-solving.
• Energetic, capable of motivating team, open to challenges.
• Flexible hours including non-office hours, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop retention and reactivation programs to keep owners engaged.
• Use lifecycle analytics to inform targeted retention initiatives.
• Coordinate ownership events and manage on-site logistics and cost control.
• Drive partnerships and sponsorships to support ownership and business growth.
• Translate ownership strategy into content for owner campaigns and communications.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Oversee race day duties and owners events in Hong Kong and China.
• Handle owner inquiries and relay feedback to management.
